• Stripe session ID (to associate payments with your account)

Additionally, we store the following account-related data:

• Generated images
• Prompts used for image generation
• Metadata (e.g. timestamps)
• Credit balance and usage history

3. Data Processing & Storage

We use Google AI services to process your prompts and generate images. By using this Service, your prompts and any uploaded input images are transmitted to Google for processing.

Images uploaded for generation are not stored by us and are only processed temporarily before being discarded.

Generated images and associated metadata are stored securely using Microsoft Azure Cloud Storage (Blob Storage and Table Storage).

Users may not upload images of minors or prompts depicting children (individuals under the age of 18). The Service does not allow generating or storing sexually explicit or adult content. Input images or prompts violating this rule will not be processed, and repeated violations may lead to account termination.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Service
• Managing your account and credit balance
• Processing payments
• Storing and displaying your generated images
• Communicating with you (sending essential service notifications)

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Service:

• Google (AI image generation)
• OpenAI (AI image generation)
• Microsoft Azure (cloud storage: Blob Storage and Table Storage)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Simple Analytics (privacy-friendly web analytics)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services. We do not sell your data and only share information required for functionality.

6. Legal Basis (GDPR)

In simple terms: We process your information only when we have a good reason to - mostly to make the app work, follow the law, or keep our platform secure.

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• Contract performance: To fulfill our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legal obligations: To comply with laws and regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

7. Data Retention

We retain your generated images and associated metadata as long as your account is active in order to provide access to your personal gallery.

You can delete your images at any time via your dashboard. Deletion removes the files from Azure Blob Storage and associated metadata from Azure Table Storage.

You may also request deletion of your entire account and all associated data at any time.

8. Data We Do Not Store

Images uploaded for the purpose of generating new images are not stored by us. They are transmitted directly to the AI provider and discarded immediately after processing.

You have the following rights under GDPR:

11. Disclaimer & Warranty

In simple terms: This project is a labor of love. We do our best and aim for 100% uptime and security, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect or online - please remember that this service is provided "as is". We recommend not storing critical, life-dependent data here. Use it, enjoy it, but do so at your own risk!

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• "As Is" Basis: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty.
• No Liability: We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our Service provides AI-based image generation tools and digital credit packages. Due to the nature of generative technology and the requirement for financial transactions via Stripe, the Service is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use or access the Service at any time or in any manner. By purchasing a package or generating content, you represent that you are an adult in your jurisdiction.

If we learn that personal information of persons under 18 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete this information and reserve the right to terminate the associated account. If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, please contact us immediately.
