1. Description of the Service

This service allows users to generate images using artificial intelligence powered by third-party providers. Generated images, prompts, and related data are stored securely using cloud infrastructure.

2. User Accounts & Data

To use certain features, you must create an account. We follow a strict data minimization approach and only store the data necessary to operate the service.

  • • Email address (for login and identification)
  • • Stripe session ID (to associate payments with your account)

All other data, including generated images, prompts, and purchased credits, are linked to your account via your email address.

3. Data Handling

Generated images, prompts, and credit balances are stored securely. Images uploaded for generation are not stored and are transmitted directly to the AI provider for processing.

We do not collect or store any additional personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Image Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide. For generated images, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the output.

Please note that AI-generated content may have varying copyright protections depending on your local jurisdiction. We do not guarantee copyright eligibility.

5. Credit System (Pay-as-you-need)

Our service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are deducted depending on the selected image resolution.

  • 0.5K Resolution (512px) 15 Credits
  • 1K Resolution (1024px) 20 Credits
  • 2K Resolution (2048px) 25 Credits
  • 4K Resolution (4096px) 35 Credits

Credits are deducted only for successful image generations. Failed generations due to technical errors are not charged. Used credits are non-refundable.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any payment details.

7. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, provided the credits have not been used.

  • Full Refund: Available if no credits have been used within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partial Refund: May be granted at our discretion if some credits have been used. The value of used credits will be deducted.
  • Note: Credits used for successful image generation are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please contact support with your Order ID. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

8. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the prompts you provide and the content you generate.

Consent and Privacy Rights:

You represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit, informed consent from every individual depicted in any images you upload or use to generate content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, or data protection rights (such as GDPR) of any third party. You agree not to upload images of individuals who have not authorized you to do so.

Prohibited Content & Figures:

You are strictly prohibited from using the service to generate images of:

  • • Minors: Any individuals under the age of 18.
  • • Public figures: Celebrities, politicians, or other public figures without their express written permission.
  • • Harmful Content: Anything that is sexually explicit, pornographic, adult in nature, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights.

Compliance and Termination:

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy . We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if any violations are detected.

9. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers for AI generation, storage, and payment processing. By using the service, you acknowledge that data may be processed by these providers as necessary to deliver functionality.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we only store minimal data (email and payment association), requests can be handled quickly.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
